Do you ever feel like a bad rider when you ride a new, unfamiliar hose?

It's very seldom I get to ride a different horse aside from my lease horse. I feel so comfortable with him and I'm so use to him that when I ride a different horse I feel like I'm doing everything wrong. Like today for instance. We had a 4-H mounted meeting and I had to ride someone else's horse. It was so weird because I'm use to using really light pressure when I'm asking for, say, a trot. But this horse would listen to any of my cues! I was practically exaggerating them to get him to do what I wanted. I felt so amatuerish. I've been riding for three years, so it was a little embarring. Do you ever have that problem?
