I had a vaillant heat only ecotec boiler 428 fitted 7 months ago , works ok but when on centeral heating only?

when the central heating is on at the end of the burn before the flame goes out it fires up very big and then makes a rattling sound,It does this every time,Do anybody know what causes it to do this or is there anything that can be done to right this,Regards Pk
