I'm a Gentile who wants to give tithes (10% of my money) to God. Do I give my money to a Rabbi?

Hello, I used to be a Christian, and I would give my tithes to my Church, but after some event in my life I began to doubt Christianity and now I only belief in God and the Old Testament. So I am a Gentile and I want to give my tithes to God, but who do I give them to? Do I give them to a Rabbi, or a charity in the name of God? Could a knowledgeable Jewish man or woman PLEASE help me with this PLEASE.
