I'm trying to find ways to tell my family I'm biual?

I'm trying to tell my family that I'm and I'm afraid that 1) they'll judge me, an 2) I'm 13 and they may think I'm going through a phase, though as far as I can remember I have been ually attracted to both the same and the opposite . I know this isn't simply curiousity, because I have 'messed around' with other females, and by messed around, I mean participated in and mutual masturbation with several girls...
