Is Joe Biden a Liar, or an Idiot?

I asked a similar question about biden on this forum and got reamed by some. They basically said I was knit picking and should be ashamed of myself. Well I am ashamed. I should have just came out and said Joe Biden is not only a moron, but idiot who continually puts his foot in his mouth because he likes the taste of shoe leather and dirty socks.
