Is this tank over crowded?

In all fairness people come on here and they`l always tell ya your overcrowed, i`ve had a aquarium for 3 years now and have had alot more fish in it then that with no problems. The people who tell ya other wise are headcases. The same people who tell ya you shouldnt eat burgers or drink beer cause its bad for ya.
