How to Confront the situation with inlaws and husband?

I,together with my bro inlaw's family lived w/my inlaws and I'm thankful for their support.They were making money at that time.I and hubby insisted to live on our own after a year&half as i can't stand my BIL's wife.We survived on our own.Then my inlaws biz got bust and they were under so much debts.My hubby then went abroad to help em out pay 1of their debts&as he said to give me&baby a better future.I followed & we didn't have savings for the 1st year or so as my husband is paying my inlaws debts.They got other debts w/c my BIL is tasked to pay.My BIL was the one who stayed with my PIL for d longest time since he is having diffculty getting a decent job.At d time they were doing good,my inlaws supported my BIL's family(w/2kids and wife).I was ok that my hubby helps em out as I felt that we r still young and could always come back.It hit us hard when we had to give our savings to pay someone they owe when it was tuition fee time for my daughter.I cried and told my hubby never again should this happen.I borrowed from my father w/c my FIL initially resisted because of losing face.My husband finished paying their debt to d bank and i ask to stop sending money since we need to save for ourselves but of course there will be occasions that we have to send but it was okay so I let it p.They lost their home and now rents with my BIL's wife and my BIL got a job abroad already.The problem is my FIL is not happy staying there because he feels embared by the downfall&d wife of my BIL is starting to throw some attitude.They complain to my hubby about it but refused to talk w/BIL coz it may destroy d peace.D solution my hubby thought is for em to live w/us or buy a home.We r still paying d condo&lot we bought in our hometown.We also just rent a room abroad,my FIL has diabetes.I got upset that my hubby said dat he'l use his bonus to buy em home&since I got upset,he blackmail dat theyll live w/us.I'm really upset w/my hubby.
