What is the full name of this nokia??? i cant find out anywhere please help..?

Its a nokia that slides up and its a few years old, the nokia is the one used in the film "planet terror" by fergie and her lesibian lover. I want to buy it but cant as i dont know the name of it. ergh. please help me . thanks. xxx
