No heat in my 1991 ford probe. What could it be?

I live in Wisconsin and I need heat in my car. I had the thrmostat replaced and it's warmer than what it was but still freezing. it blows cold air. What could it be? I wanna get it fixed before it gets too cold. If it matters it's a V-6 3.0L
