2 part Maybe tmi question Could ibuprofen have hurt my chances of conceiving this cycle?

So Me and my husband have been ttc for over a year for the first 8 months or so we just didn't use protection and if it happened it happened. We have 2 children ages 6 and 8. We've both been to the dr and everything is fine, no reason that we should be able to conceive. I used regular OPKS for a few months and never could be sure if i was reading them correctly. So this month I bought Digital Opks I got my first positive on 2-2 @ 3pm(CD13) another positive on 2-3 @ 11pm(CD14) and another on 2-4 @ 7 am (CD 15), but the third was with FMU. We BD on sat 1-30, mon 2-1, wed 2-3 am and pm. But I had a toothache all weekend and took ibuprofin sat, sun, and mon morning. Then quit taking it because i saw that it can hurt your chances of conception. So what I'm wondering, is there still even a chance that this was the month, or did I probably mess it up by taking the ibuprofin/advil? My other question (the definitley TMI question) is, up until this month every single time me and my husband had I always gave him first. I hadn't really thought about it, but could my husband before we BD'ed have had an effect on our chances of conception?
