Am i paranoid or what?

My last period started 8th december.. I began on birth control pill that day after having a long break from it.. I had on the early hours of Dec 18th.. prob is i think i may have bn ovulating i know the pill is meant to stop this.. I had a litte tummy bug so took the morning after pill within 24 hour period.. I am now experiencing pain on my left hand side of my tummy and low back pain.. according to ovulation calander I should be ovulating tomorrow.. I have another 8 days of my pill pack.. am i bn paranoid or could this be implantation pain???
