It seems to be done for, although there's no harm in trying to save it, you might try thawing it with a heater and WAIT for the water to dry before switching it on, wait even after you think it's dry wait another few days. take the battery out first too, in addition, don't plug it in ect, until after its dry, and don't overheat it either in a rush to fix it.
