Can Oregon win the 2009 BCS National Title?

Despite the fact that they lost Dennis Dixon and Jonathan Stewart, the Ducks still have sopre QB Justin Roper, who was outstanding in the Sun Bowl rout of USF this past December, and could soon get Terrelle Pryor. The tough, stellar defense and successful spread offense will both be intact in the 2008 season. With all that, Oregon should get into the BCS Title game. What do you think?
