Virgin Mobile USA Broadband2Go Activation Problem?

Hello everyone, I recently bought a Broadband2Go MC-760 Wireless 3G USB of Virgin Mobile and I tried to activate it. I have installed the Broadband2Go Manager successfully and followed the instructions as specified exactly but when I tried to activate the device, the webpage for activation didn't open and Firefox kept issuing the error that the page couldn't be found -and there was a URL Typo in the error message as if like I had tried to visit http://www1.virginmobileusa.combroadband.do.....(the esn info and other stuff were here instead of dots, of course) and that I had mistyped the URL -despite the fact that there WAS a "/" between .com and broadband. -this error also occurred when I tried to access some virgin mobile web pages -such as the MC760 info page-,using my school's wireless network I don't know if these typo bugs are related to browser but IE and Chrome did the same too- And no matter how many times I tried -refreshing the page, rewriting the entire url by myself- I couldn't open the page for activation and despite this, at every refresh, data kept flowing as if like I was connected to the internet. I can't access any page related to virgin mobile and I still can't activate my device. Any ideas on how I can solve this ? Thanks.
