What is a good work-out routine?

I am 16 years old and about 5 foot 7 in. I want to gain m. I know about eating protein and all the dietary things to do. I was wondering about what a good workout routine would be? I am too young to join a gym, so it needs to be something practical. I want to gain m all over, especially in my arms. Can someone help me out?
