Would you rate this poem?

Interesting idea. To me though, meter issues and some statements that are hard to believe even with poetic license. Example: "all are blue" this depends on where you are, some are more turquoise due to local minerals etc., I would spend some more time in developing this idea. But that is just my opinion, so as always, take it for that.
