Amazon rain forest, 2 weeks. �1810. Worth it?

I'm considering going into the rain-forest for 2 weeks, obviously i understand this isn't going to be cheap but do you think this is good money if it covers, flights, accommodation, food (accommodation i suppose), tour guide professionals, supplied equipment, safe drinking water which you may see as part of accommodation and food, and mosquito nets and other health precautions such as bug repellents, first aid kits ETC. Do you think this is good? i will be doing things such as white water rafting, animal studies in order to generally conserve and volunteer in the amazon. Or could i get it cheaper? Thanks :)
