Im 23yrs old dating a 17 year old that just broke up with me?
We have been together for over 1yr, she knew i had a daughter and accepted that. I was her first as in having with her, we had a good relationship but also had our arguments. She would come over my house on the weekends and watch movies go to the park here and there. I then did not only love this girl but was in love with her and she was with me too. I was going to college for that year and would be busy with college work so i would not talk much on the weekdays with her. Just two days ago we talked and she decided that being single is something she wanted, she said that she felt like she was making me happy but not making herself happy. she also said that she felt like she was growing up too fast and going from a teen to almost a mother for my daughter was making her feel like that also. this is her first relationship with a guy this long and said that she just needs time for her. she said that she will not sleep with no other guy or mess around and that im the only guy she wants that from but that she just is not as happy as she was in the beginning of our relationship. I think that me recently being done with college and having all this time with out working and wanting to see her more than what i did when i was in college might be a problem. today she text me saying good luck on your interview and i tex her back saying thank you and that i hope to hear from hear back from her one day hopefully soon till then dont forget i love you and she then text me back just like this "I LOVE U TOO! I WILL TEXT U LATER K"......this helped me feel better but what does it mean.....another thing that she mentioned was that she felt like an old lady staying home just watching movies and that she likes too but that it gets old after a while......i been feeling so empty but fight myself not to text her unless she text me any help would help me inform me of how to make this kind of relationship work for both of us
