How to talk my mom into letting me see my old friends again?

okay so last week i ran away because my mom's boyfriend was calling me a tramp and a punk and a liar and my mom of course took his side so i ran away i later got caught and was sent to crittenton mental hospital when i got out my mom told me i could no longer see my bestfriend of 7 years again or my boyfriend of 3 years again because she believes they are bad influences when really their not i mean i influence my friend more then she inflences me i just want to be able to hangout with them again and be happy any ideas on what i could say to my mom to make it happen?
