It sounds like she did really like you and that someone, maybe Beth who you mention, said something that gave her the wrong idea about you. The thing is there's a lack of communication going on, and that's when things get interpreted and often wrongly interpreted so the best thing you can do is talk to her. Why not initiate like she did with you once before, because it's a two way thing, you say she doesn't acknowledge you but at the same time you're not saying hello to her either. I feel like you should find out from her only what's going on, and trust your instinct!
